In 2005, Norway Savings Bank began a three-year project with Ralph Twombly and Priority Learning to help us identify and implement the type of culture we, as employees, wanted for the bank. Needs Analysis

A Needs Analysis is a diagnostic, arranged by category and taken by key people in an organization to assess the need for training and development or both. It is a beginning point in the development of a plan to grow the skills and behaviors of leaders or employees. It outlines the strengths and challenges that every company faces and wants to improve upon. Once complete, it should provide the basis for a comprehensive plan to improve performance. The Needs Analysis includes 16 categories based on our public workshop offerings. You may choose to only take it on all 16 categories or just the categories you are interested in.
