 The secret to learning how to be a Change Agent is not in your title or spot on the O-Chart. The secret to creating a Change Agent is understanding and making the five-elements - Change Statements, Management of the Change, Flexibility for People, Gaining Commitment and, Measuring Results - happen through the people involved.
Being A Change Agent Objectives:
Understand change.
Learn to identify resistance.
Learn the 4-part dynamic of change.
Choose a project and walk it through all 4 stages, learning what to do at each new phase.
